Pepsi wants to help some of its drinkers become more proactive about their health. The first step is creating a drink that "blocks fat.

Pepsi Special is set to debut in Japan on Tuesday. The soda features an ingredient called dextrin, which according to reports, helps reduce fat levels in the body.

A commercial ad for the drink features a man trying to chose between a woman dressed in a pizza costume and another in a burger outfit with the message: "you don’t have to give up either, if you drink the Pepsi Special."
