Cleveland woman faces charges, accused of driving on the sidewalk to pass school bus
A Cleveland woman is facing charges of reckless driving after surveillance footage caught her driving on a sidewalk around a stopped school bus.
Shena Hardin has pleaded not guilty in Cleveland Municipal Court to charges of not stopping for a school bus and reckless operation.

The Cleveland Public Schools system accused Hardin of regularly driving on the sidewalk to pass the bus. Determined to stop her, the district called the cops who then set up a sting on Sept. 11. She was arrested after authorities charged she drove up on the sidewalk.
