Jury Awards $3 Million To Man Who Died During Threesome
1 year ago
Must have been too good.
Die during a threesome with women who are not your wife. Pass GO and collect $3 million.
That pretty much sums up what happened with 31-year-old William Martinez of Georgia.
One week before his sexcapade, Martinez, who had high blood pressure, told his doctor he was feeling chest pains going into his arm.
The doctor scheduled a heart and stress test for him eight days from that date. But forgot to tell him to not participate in any strenuous physical activity.
In case you've never been in a (good) threesome, it's pretty damn physical.
So of course when Martinez took part in the action, he died during it.

For his troubles, a jury rewarded Martinez' wife (who was not in the threesome) and his two children $5 million. They later came back and said that since the death was partially Martinez' fault, they deemed him 40% responsible and reduced the verdict to $3 million.
The firm representing the doctor's office said they plan to appeal.
Perhaps Martinez understood "take two of these and call us in the morning" the wrong way.
