Apparently, too many students and their families are looking less at privatizing funds for their education. More students are less inclined to take out private loans from banks, causing a steep decline in the market.
Students are still taking out money as seen in the skyrocketing student loan debt. Most of these loans are from the government.
JP Morgan’s decision could limit student lending though, since some students opt to privatize their loans.
