On Wednesday, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver of Missouri employed his skill as a United Methodist preacher to rouse delegates and attendees of the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C. Cleaver, the chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, and his caucus colleagues, Rep. Karen Bass of California and Rep.. Al Green of Texas, delivered remarks ahead of the nominating speech by Pres.
