Did you join Michelle Obama for her Google+ Hangout on Monday? If not, you missed her talking about her "Let's Move" initiative and her own family's health and habits. "I never talked about weight in the household," the First Lady said. "We just started making changes and we made changes in a way that didn't...make them feel badly about themselves. I make it a point... I don't want our children to be weight-obsessed I want them to be focused on, 'What do I have to do in this body?' Because every body is different." She said the Obama girls get exercise through their many hobbies and sports, and walking the family dog, Bo, after dinner. (Today)
