The Latino Vote: Obama Ad Blitz Targets Important Group
11 months ago
Do Latinos still have love for Obama?
While many look at minorities as one voting group Obama has no problem relying on, Obama administration officials wonder if Latinos will come out as they did in 2008 for the president, according to the Associated Press.
Priorities USA (Democratic super PAC) and Service Employees International Union are trying their best to make sure Obama doesn't lose any of the Latino vote with a joint $4 million Spanish language ad campaign.

The ads argue that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney would only benefit the rich in office and hurt Latinos and other minority groups.
The political wing of SEIU has given a combined $1 million to Priorities USA Action during the current election cycle.
The ads will run on television and radio stations in Colorado, Nevada and Florida - all battleground states with sizeable Hispanic populations - throughout the summer.
