As GOP officials rearrange the schedule of the Republican National Convention due to a Florida threat from Tropical Storm Isaac, President Barack Obama's campaign on Sunday released a new web ad downplaying the effect the events will have on former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's "convention reinvention."
