RNC chair alleges president committed campaign fraud during student loan tour

Republicans haven't been shy about criticizing the president's weekly trips around the nation to talk policy.

This week, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Preibus accused President Obama of misusing taxpayer dollars, while he made stops in three states to talk about student loans rates.

Preibus filed a formal complaint with the election committee, MSNBC reports.
