President Obama Has the Right to Kill You

According to the Constitution, terrorists can be killed anytime, anywhere

Did you know that off of American Soil, President Obama has the right to order the killing of any person deemed a threat to the United States?

As we enter in the second decade of our "War on Terror," some unpleasant tactics are being used to insure our safety.

Speaking at Northwestern University, Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. explained the president's rights:

Such killings can be ordered "in full accordance with the Constitution," but it requires "at least" an imminent threat in a situation where capture is not feasible, and when the strike is "conducted in a manner consistent" with the rules of war, Holder said.

"In this hour of danger," Holder said, "we simply cannot afford to wait until deadly plans are carried out. And we will not."

Last year, an American-born terrorist Anwar Awlaki was killed in Yemen by a US airstrike.
