Sarah Palin Says Obama Did A "Shuck and Jive" In Benghazi
7 months ago
Former Alaskan governor has poor choice of words.
In the same week that Ann Coulter referred to him as a "retard" President Obama is being insulted again.
In a Facebook post blasting the Obama Administration for their handling of the September terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Sarah Palin accused the President over covering up what really happened.
But it's her choice of words that has people talking.
"Why the lies? Why the cover up? Why the dissembling about the cause of the murder of our ambassador on the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks on American soil? We deserve answers to this," she wrote.
Ending the rant with, "President Obama's shuck and jive shtick with these Benghazi lies must end."
While technically, the phrase "shuck and jive" simply means to fool around or joke with a serious manner, it also carries a racial undertone as it is usually used when describing African Americans in a not so pleasant light.
Palin's Facebook following seemed to have no problem with the phrase, twitter not so much.
"Palin has no black friends to warn her about what that means," said Hemant Metha of FriendlyAthiest.com.
Do you think Palin's choice of words was racist, or do you believe that she doesn't know any better?
