A Kardashian is Arrested [VIDEO]

Reportedly for trying to "kill" a photog

Rob Kardashian was arrested in Miami yesterday after chasing down a paparazzo who fled after being caught taking pictures of the famous brother.

Kardashian spotted the photographer and began running in his direction as a "joke," but the cameraman sprinted off into a smoke shop where the reality TV star caught up with him.

However, the police were right behind Kardashian and, without any questioning (as seen in the video below), saw the incident as his fault and immediately handcuffed him.

Though Kardashian had not laid a hand on the pap (not yet, at least), he was arrested and ordered not to "resist" (though he showed no signs of doing that either). But the photog laid his defense on thick, saying "He's attacking me ... he chased me ... he tried to kill me."

The beginning of the clip shows Kardashian arguing with his rumored girlfriend, Roc Nation signee and singer Rita Ora, who was likely telling him to let the situation go altogether.
