The "American Idol" winner wins again
Ruben Studdard isn't following suit of celebrities and their nasty, bitter divorce battles. In fact, his solid prenup has saved him from having to give much of his assets to his now-ex-wife Surata Zuri McCants.
Studdard filed for divorce in November citing irreconcilable differences (as most stars do) after 3 years of marriage.

Despite McCants asking a judge to make the prenup null and void - claiming Studdard pressured her into the signing the paperwork just days before their wedding - the "American Idol" winner got the last laugh.
McCants only gets to walk away with her wedding dress, photo albums, a 2006 BMW, a $10,000 property settlement, and $2,000 for attorneys fees.
She was also ordered to return her engagement ring.
