Sean Kingston Accused of Gang Attack on Woman in New Lawsuit

Alleged attack occurred after a 2010 Justin Bieber show.

Singer Sean Kingston has been hit with a lawsuit by a woman who claims he was part of a gang style attack on her.

The woman, who remains unnamed, was allegedly beaten up in 2010 after a Justin Bieber concert which Kingston performed in.

The singer, most known for his hit "Beautiful Girls," was served with the legal documents this past Friday by a private investigator upon arriving in Los Angeles from Miami.

The lawsuit is not welcomed for the Jamaican born singer who is on the comeback trail with a new album; after a horrible incident last year which almost ended his life involving a jet-ski.

Kingston changed his life since the incident. He went on a diet and lost weight to make sure all aspects of his health are well.

The singer had an outpouring of compassion and sympathy after the incident last year, and you wonder if that will end with this lawsuit.
