Model Simone Farrow Arrested on Drug Running Charges

International swimsuit model reportedly ran a global drug-ring.
Last week a fugitive international swimsuit model was arrested on charges that she was the head of an international drug-ring, according to ABC News.
37-year-old Simone Farrow was arrested after skipping out on bail last month in Australia. She was reportedly found hiding in a cheap, run-down motel.
The model allegedly used 19 different aliases to ship methamphetamine around the world by FedEx and even the postal service, according to the Drug Enforcement Agency and Australian police.
Investigators are saying that Farrow was the brains behind the "ongoing criminal enterprise," which they purport involved at least seven people.
Farrow denies the charges claiming she was running for her life.
She was first arrested in October of 2009 after flying to Australia while the United States DEA was raiding her Hollywood apartment, seizing drugs and documents. Authorities claim she was hiding high-grade meth in bottles of bath salt.
Under the stage name Simone Starr, Farrow was a bikini model, pin-up girl and a Penthouse magazine "pet," while making FHM magazine's Sexiest Women In The World list three times. She also listed herself as a singer/songwriter on her website.
One of the members of the alleged drug ring committed suicide when he was contacted by authorities.
