Coworkers and safety condition the only bright spots for workers
U.S. workers say they are least satisfied with the amount of on-the-job stress and the amount of money they make to put up with it. According to Gallup poll results released Monday, fewer than a third of respondents said they were completely satisfied with 11 other aspects of work conditions. Workers also reported being least satisfied with their health insurance benefits, their retirement plans and the amount of vacation time they receive. The bright spots? Americans said they were most satisfied with their coworker relationships. The survey is part of Gallup’s annual Work and Education poll. To see full results, click here.
