Crazy Fast WiFi is Here
The world's fastest Wi-Fi is so lightning fast, you can transmit a whole Blu-ray of data in two seconds.
German scientists have developed a record-breaking Wi-Fi that transfers data at 100 Gigabits per second. That's a whole lot of YouTube puppy videos.
But don't go asking Time Warner Cable for an upgrade just yet -- it's not quite practical to have in your home.
"The catch is that high-frequency signals like this aren't very good at going through walls like the low frequency ones your average router spits out," Gizmodo reports. Plus, your PC probably can't even read that much speed.
The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany previously set the world's fastest Wi-Fi speed with a 40Gbps connection a few months ago.
