Internet Crashes in China
Could this happen here?
Those who work online in China may have hit the panic button as a ‘denial of service’ was underway around 2 a.m. earlier this week.
The attack was the largest the Internet had seen, as told by the China Internet Network Information Center, a state agency that runs the country domain.
It was not due to hacking, but instead an overwhelming flood of requests.
Can you imagine if this were to occur in the U.S. with the amount of people relying on the Internet to get their work accomplished and submitted each day?
We here at Loop21.com would probably have a heart attack.
Have you ever had an internet horror story?
