Scientist Engineer Glow-in-the-Dark Rabbits?
These glowing creatures could be the answer to curing illnesses.
What’s the latest in the science community? Glow-in-the-dark rabbits!
The furry creature joins the list of animals engineered to glow-in-the-dark in order to improve treatments for life threatening illnesses. Although the green color is not significant of anything, the glow represents the success of the genetic manipulation technique, which could lead to new ways to produce medicine.
Other critters have been subject to this kind of manipulation before, including cats, mice, dogs and cockroaches. The bunnies are expected to have the same life expectancy as their non-glowing counterparts.
