Even Usher's Brother's Baby Mama Wants the Singer's Money

Let's see how far brotherly love goes...

Usher has already suffered a bitter divorce from his ex-wife Tameka Foster - even now, they're engaged in a nasty custody battle over their sons - but it's not just Foster that wants the singer's money. The baby mama of Usher's brother James does, too, according to TMZ.

Usher's half-brother James Lackey is also going through a court battle with his ex Martina, who claims he abused her. (Last year, he was arrested and charged with cruelty to children, domestic violence and reckless conduct.) Lackey is counter-claiming that she ran off to Michigan with their child without his consent.

Though Lackey has made a name for himself in the music industry as a producer - he did Lloyd's "Get It Shawty" - he claims the $1,300/month he's giving Martina is out of his means.

Martina, however, has no sympathy for the brother of an international star, saying, "Given his opulent lifestyle, he has substantial income and assets available to him. He produces music with and for his brother Usher, he owns a recording studio, receives royalties, and owns a home and has several cars."

The case is set to go to trial next month.
