It's Official: Cocaine Found in Whitney's Hotel Room
1 year ago
Police confirm
Though autopsy reports confirmed that Whitney Houston died from drowning brought on by overuse of cocaine (combined with a heart condition), police did not report finding the drug in her hotel room. That is, until now.
TMZ is now reporting that authorities have recovered the illegal substance from the room in which the singer died.
Though the amount of cocaine found remains untold, documents say police have discovered "white, powdery remnants."
The remnants were tested and proven to be the drug.
