Will Smith & Son Share Pics from Set of 'After Earth'

Will and Jaden star as father and son in futuristic thriller

After nearly four years on the big screen, Will Smith is back on his grind. Since wrapping up Men in Black 3, Smith is teaming up with M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense) for the sci-fi thriller After Earth.

The film is set 1,000 years into the future and centers on a young boy (Jaden Smith) navigating an abandoned Earth to save himself and his estranged father after their ship crashes. The film also stars Sophie Okonedo (Hotel Rwanda) and Zoe Kravitz (X-Men: First Class). 

After Earth is being filmed in the lush tropical locale of Costa Rica. Smith and Shyamalan tweeted pics from the set:
